Roberto Gabriel Parra Vallette (21 September 1955) is a Chilean politician, who served as mayor of Viña del Mar.
He is a rehabilitation center coordinator, a human rights activist –under Pinochet dictatorship–, an evangelical Christian, and a political figure.
