Robin Carpenter (born June 20, 1992) is an American cyclist, who currently rides for UCI Continental team L39ION of Los Angeles. Carpenter was born in Philadelphia. He studied at Swarthmore College and graduated in 2014 with a degree in economics and environmental studies.
