The Diocese of Honolulu (Latin: Diœcesis Honoluluensis) is a Latin Church ecclesiastical territory or diocese for the state of Hawaii in the United States. It is a suffragan diocese in the ecclesiastical province of the metropolitan Archdiocese of San Francisco.

The mother church of the Diocese of Honolulu is the Cathedral Basilica of Our Lady of Peace in Honolulu. As of 2023, the bishop of Honolulu is Clarence Silva.
