Ronald Jay "Slim" Williams (born November 11, 1964) is an American entrepreneur and record executive who co-founded the record label Cash Money Records in 1991, along with his younger brother, rapper Bryan "Birdman" Williams. He has served as executive producer for most of the label's major releases since 1997. In contrast to his brother, he has not been credited on any musical production or performance.
