Rosalía Arteaga Serrano (born 5 December 1956) is an Ecuadorian politician who served as the 39th president of Ecuador for two days in 1997 from 9 to 11 February. She previously served as the 40th vice president under President Abdalá Bucaram from 1996 until his removal from office 1997, a role she subsequently retained under President Fabián Alarcón after stepping down from the presidency until March 1998. She is the country's first ever female head of state.

Arteaga announced her intention to stand for secretary-general of the United Nations in the 2021 selection, though incumbent António Guterres was ultimately appointed to a second term in office.
