Rostrevor College is an independent Catholic primary and secondary day and boarding school for boys, founded in 1923, located in Woodforde, a suburb of Adelaide, South Australia, approximately 9 kilometres (6 mi) from the Adelaide city centre.

The school was established in 1923 by the Christian Brothers, one of three such schools in South Australia, along with St Paul's College, Adelaide and Christian Brothers College, Adelaide. Its founder and first headmaster was Brother David Purton. The school currently enrols approximately 1000 students from Reception to Year 12, including boarders in Years 7 to 12. The students are divided into Junior (R–6), Middle (7–9) and Senior (10–12) Years, who together share a 16-hectare (40-acre) campus situated in the Morialta foothills.

Rostrevor College is a member of the Association of Heads of Independent Schools of Australia (AHISA), the Australian Boarding Schools' Association, the Junior School Heads Association of Australia (JSHAA), and the Independent Schools Sport Association (ISSA).
