Roxana Mînzatu (Romanian pronunciation: [roˈksana mɨnˈzatu]; born 1 April 1980) is a Romanian politician, local government official and manager of European Union projects in Romania. In 2016, she was elected to the Romanian Chamber of Deputies and in 2019, was appointed as Minister of European Funds. In 2024 she was elected as a Member of the European Parliament. Since December 2024 she serves as Vice-President of the European Commission and Commissioner for Skills, Education, Quality Jobs and Social Rights under the Second Von der Leyen Commission.
