Roy Tang Yun-kwong (Chinese: 鄧忍光; pinyin: Deng Renguang) is a Hong Kong government official. He joined the administrative service in 1987. He served as the twelfth Commissioner of Customs and Excise of Hong Kong and Permanent Secretary for Constitutional and Mainland Affairs until his 2022 retirement.
Tang is best known for his controversies during his career at Radio Television Hong Kong.
