Roy Eugene Williams Jr. (born December 21, 1981) is an American former professional football player who spent his career as a wide receiver in the National Football League (NFL) for the Detroit Lions, Dallas Cowboys, and Chicago Bears. He played college football for the Texas Longhorns, earning second-team All-American honors in 2003.
