Rudolph Thomas Randa (July 25, 1940 – September 5, 2016) was an American lawyer who served as a United States district judge of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin from 1992 to 2016. He was chief judge of the Eastern District of Wisconsin from 2002 until October 2009. Prior to his appointment to the federal court, he was a judge of the Wisconsin Circuit Court and served one year on the Wisconsin Court of Appeals.
