Rudrappa Manappa Lamani ⓘ (born 1 June 1959) is an Indian politician from Karnataka, who is currently serving as the 19th Deputy Speaker of the Karnataka Legislative Assembly, since July 2023. He was elected as a member of the Karnataka Legislative Assembly from the Haveri Assembly constituency which is reserved for SC community in Haveri district. He won the 2023 Karnataka Legislative Assembly election representing the Indian National Congress.
