Ryu Shionoya (塩谷 立, Shionoya Ryū; born February 18, 1950) is a former Japanese politician of the Liberal Democratic Party, who served as a member of the House of Representatives in the Diet (national legislature) and who was the former Minister of Education, Science and Technology.
