This film was inspired by the story Panch Parmeshwar, written by the famous writer Premchand. The film was produced by Tarachand Barjatya. The film stars Arun Govil, Om Shivpuri and Urmila Bhatt, and also marked the debut of actress Madhu Kapoor.
