Safheh-ye Yek (Persian: صفحه يک) is a village in Esmailiyeh-ye Jonubi Rural District of Esmailiyeh District, Ahvaz County, Khuzestan province, Iran. It was the capital of Esmailiyeh Rural District until its capital was transferred to the village of Khobeyneh-ye Sofla.
