In Greek cuisine, saganaki (/ˌsɑːɡəˈnɑːki/ ⓘ) (Greek: σαγανάκι) is any one of a variety of dishes prepared in a small frying pan, the best-known being an appetizer of fried cheese. It is commonly flambéed in North America.
