The Sagara or Sagala, also called Kwifa or sometimes called Ziraha (Wakutu, in Swahili) are a Bantu, matrilineal ethnic group from northern Morogoro Region of Tanzania specifically indigenous to the Kilosa District and Dodoma Region's Mpwapwa District in Tanzania.
