Saint-Jean-d'Angély (French pronunciation: [sɛ̃ ʒɑ̃ dɑ̃ʒeli] ⓘ; Saintongeais: Sént-Jhan-d'Anjhéli) is a commune in the Charente-Maritime department in southwestern France.
The commune has its historical origins in the Abbey of Saint-Jean-d'Angély.
