Sainte-Marie–Saint-Jacques (French pronunciation: [sɛ̃t maʁi sɛ̃ ʒak]) is a provincial electoral district in the Montreal region of Quebec, Canada that elects members to the National Assembly of Quebec. It comprises part of the borough of Ville-Marie and part of the borough of Le Plateau-Mont-Royal of the city of Montreal, including the eastern portion of Downtown Montreal as well as the Vieux-Montreal area.

It was created for the 1989 election from parts of Saint-Jacques and Sainte-Marie electoral districts.

In the change from the 2001 to the 2011 electoral map, its territory was unchanged.
