Saiyuud Diwong

Saiyuud Diwong is a chef from Khlong Toei district in Thailand. Her cooking school and subsequent cookbook, both called "Cooking with Poo", brought her international attention, with the latter winning the Bookseller/Diagram Prize for Oddest Title of the Year. She subsequently cooked with Jamie Oliver.
