Salley is a town in Aiken County, South Carolina, United States. The population was 398 at the 2010 census. It is part of the Augusta, Georgia metropolitan area. Salley is known for hosting the Chitlin Strut, a town-wide festival, every November. The town was also featured in the viral video for the Boots on the Ground (song).
