San Antonio (/ˌsæn ænˈtni/ SAN an-TOH-nee-oh; Spanish for "Saint Anthony"), officially the Municipality of San Antonio (Ilocano: Ili ti San Antonio; Tagalog: Bayan ng San Antonio; Sambal: Babali nin San Antonio), is a municipality in the province of Zambales, Philippines. According to the 2020 census, it has a population of 37,450 people.

San Antonio is 48 kilometres (30 mi) from Iba and 167 kilometres (104 mi) from Manila.
