Santa Cruz Atizapán is a city and municipality, in Mexico State in Mexico. Its name comes from Nahuatl: which translates as "en el agua blanca" or "en la tierra blanca" Translation To English: "in the white water" or "on the white land" The municipality covers an area of 8.42 km2.
As of 2020, the city had a total population of 16,800.
