Santa Fe, officially the Municipality of Santa Fe (Gaddang: Ili na Santa Fe; Ilocano: Ili ti Santa Fe; Tagalog: Bayan ng Santa Fe), is a municipality in the province of Nueva Vizcaya, Philippines. According to the 2020 census, it has a population of 18,276.

It is the municipality in which the notable Battle of Balete Pass where Brigadier General James Dalton II was killed during the Second World War.
