Sara Zaafarani Zenzari (Arabic: سارة زعفراني زنزري; born 26 January 1963) is a Tunisian engineer and politician who was minister of equipment and housing from 11 October 2021 to 21 March 2025 and the prime minister of Tunisia since 21 March 2025.
She is Tunisia's third prime minister in less than two years and Tunisia's second female prime minister. She was appointed amid a severe financial crisis in the country.
Zaafarani is fluent in four languages: Arabic, French, German, and English. She received a degree in civil engineering from the National Engineering School of Tunis and a master's degree in geotechnical engineering from the University of Hanover in Germany.
