Dame Sarah Elizabeth Healey DCB CVO (née Fitzpatrick; born 1975) is a British civil servant, appointed as Permanent Secretary to the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government in February 2023. Previously, she was Permanent Secretary at the Department for Digital, Culture, Media and Sport (DCMS).
