Scharloo (Papiamento: Skálo) is a neighbourhood and former suburb of Willemstad, Curaçao, a Lesser Antilles island in the Dutch Caribbean. Scharloo started as a plantation, but became a wealthy neighbourhood of Willemstad. Scharloo has been designated a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
