Seham Sergiwa (Arabic: سهام سرقيوة Sahām Sarqīwa; also Romanized Siham, Sirqiwa, Sergewa, Sirghua; born 1963) is a Libyan psychologist elected to the Libyan parliament in 2014. She was abducted by a Libyan National Army militia loyal to Khalifa Haftar on 17 July 2019. The United Nations Support Mission in Libya expressed its deep concern and stated that "silencing the voices of women in decision-making positions [would] not be tolerated." As of 17 October 2019, Sergiwa's fate and whereabouts were unknown and the "authorities in eastern Libya" had not made public the results of any investigation.
