Sentō Takenaka (仙頭武央, Sentō Takenaka, October 3, 1864 – December 11, 1919) was a Japanese naval officer of the First Sino-Japanese War (1894–1895) and the Russo-Japanese War {1904–1905). He commanded the Japanese cruiser Tsushima during the Battle of Korsakov in August 1904 and the Battle of Tsushima in May 1905 and achieved the rank of vice admiral.
