Sergiyevsky District (Russian: Се́ргиевский райо́н) is an administrative and municipal district (raion), one of the twenty-seven in Samara Oblast, Russia. It is located in the north of the oblast. The area of the district is 2,720 square kilometers (1,050 sq mi). Its administrative center is the rural locality (a selo) of Sergiyevsk. Population: 47,548 (2010 Census); 48,976 (2002 Census); 48,574 (1989 Soviet census). The population of Sergiyevsk accounts for 18.2% of the district's total population.
