The Shakey's V-League 13th Season Reinforced Open Conference was the 28th conference of the Shakey's V-League and the third conference for its 13th season. Conference started October 1, 2016 at the PhilSports Arena in Pasig.

It is also the last season of the SVL. As the league would be rebranded as the Premier Volleyball League from 2017 onwards. The SVL would later be relaunched as the V-League in 2022.
