ShopHQ (formerly ValueVision, ShopNBC, Evine Live, and Evine) was an American cable, satellite and broadcast home shopping television network and multi-channel video retailer owned by iMedia Brands Inc., whose assets were acquired by IV Media on August 16, 2023.

After being sold to its current owners, the network began to discontinue its carriage on cable and satellite services in what turned out to be an unsuccessful shift to social media live feeds of products. The network abruptly went off the air on April 17, 2025, several weeks after being removed from its largest presence, Spectrum, and though its website remains up and active, the company has filed a WARN notice notifying the Minnesota Department of Employment and Economic Development that it intends to shut down its operations at its Eden Prairie, Minnesota headquarters by the end of June 2025 and layoff around 200 workers.
