Shoshana Simone Chatfield (born October 5, 1965) is a United States Navy vice admiral. She served as the president of the Naval War College from 2019 to 2023 and was the first woman to hold that position. Chatfield then served as United States Military Representative to the NATO Military Committee from December 2023 to April 2025.
