Solntsevsky District (Russian: Со́лнцевский райо́н) is an administrative and municipal district (raion), one of the twenty-eight in Kursk Oblast, Russia. It is located in the south of the oblast. The area of the district is 1,052 square kilometers (406 sq mi). Its administrative center is the urban locality (a work settlement) of Solntsevo. As of the 2021 Census, the total population of the district was 12,182, with the population of Solntsevo accounting for 29.7% of that number.
