Spenser David Watkins (born August 27, 1992) is an American professional baseball pitcher for the TSG Hawks of the Chinese Professional Baseball League (CPBL). He has previously played in Major League Baseball (MLB) for the Baltimore Orioles and Oakland Athletics. Watkins was drafted by the Detroit Tigers in the 30th round of the 2014 MLB draft.
