Stara Kraśnica ([ˈstara kraɕˈnit͡sa]) (German: Alt-Schönau an der Katzbach) is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Świerzawa, within Złotoryja County, Lower Silesian Voivodeship, in south-western Poland. It lies approximately 3 km (2 mi) south-east of Świerzawa, 15 km (9 mi) south of Złotoryja, and 80 km (50 mi) west of the regional capital Wrocław.
