Starokostiantyniv (Ukrainian: Старокостянтинів, IPA: [ˌstɑrokosʲtʲɐnˈtɪn⁽ʲ⁾iu̯] ⓘ; Polish: Starokonstantynów or Konstantynów; Yiddish: אלט-קאָנסטאַנטין, romanized: Alt Konstantin) is a city in Khmelnytskyi Raion, Khmelnytskyi Oblast (province) of western Ukraine. It hosts the administration of Starokostiantyniv urban hromada, one of the hromadas of Ukraine. Population: 33,921 (2022 estimate). In 2025, about 30,000 people live there.
