Steven Paul Abbott is an English artist manager, concert promoter, live music agent, A&R executive and arts consultant. He was formerly a songwriter and lead vocalist with punk band UK Decay from 1979 to 1983. Among other activities, he set up and curated Lutonia Literature Festival.
