Steve McNamara (born 18 September 1971) is an English professional rugby league football coach who was most recently the head coach of the Catalans Dragons in the Super League, until 20 May 2025, and a former professional player. He is a former coach of England, and a Great Britain international as a player.

At club level he played for Hull FC, Bradford Bulls, Wakefield Trinity Wildcats and the Huddersfield Giants. He came through the coaching ranks at the Bradford Bulls, rising to the Head coach position in the Super League. He held assistant coaches positions at the Sydney Roosters and the New Zealand Warriors in the NRL.
