Steven James Menashi (born January 15, 1979) is an American lawyer and jurist serving as a United States circuit judge of the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit since 2019. Prior to his appointment, he was a professor at the Antonin Scalia Law School of George Mason University and an official in the first Trump administration.
