Strugo-Krasnensky District (Russian: Струго-Красненский район) is an administrative and municipal district (raion), one of the twenty-four in Pskov Oblast, Russia. It is located in the northeast of the oblast and borders with Plyussky District in the north, Shimsky and Soletsky Districts of Novgorod Oblast in the east, Porkhovsky District in the south, Pskovsky District in the west, and with Gdovsky District in the northwest. The area of the district is 3,090.1 square kilometers (1,193.1 sq mi). Its administrative center is the urban locality (a work settlement) of Strugi Krasnye. Population: 13,466(2010 Census); 16,579 (2002 Census); 16,293(1989 Soviet census). The population of Strugi Krasnye accounts for 62.7% of the district's total population.
