Svetly (Russian: Све́тлый, lit light, clear; Yakut: Сибиэтлэй, Sibietley) is an urban locality (an urban-type settlement) in Mirninsky District of the Sakha Republic, Russia, located 75 kilometers (47 mi) from Mirny, the administrative center of the district, on the southern edge of the Vilyuy Plateau (a part of the Central Siberian Plateau), not far from the right bank of the Vilyuy River. As of the 2010 Census, its population was 3,137.
