The Sydney Metro Inspiro Stock will be a class of electric multiple units that operate on the Sydney Metro network. Built by Siemens Mobility as part of their Inspiro High Capacity (HC) family, the trains are the second fully automated passenger rolling stock in Australia.
A total of 36 carriages, forming 12 3-car trains, have been ordered for the Western Sydney Airport Line, set to open in 2027.
