Gemeinde Sylt (Danish: Sild (Kommune), North Frisian: Söl (Gimiindi)) is a municipality on the island of Sylt in the district of Nordfriesland, in Schleswig-Holstein, Germany. It has around 13,000 inhabitants and covers about 60% of the area of the island.
