Takashi Inoguchi

Takashi Inoguchi (猪口 孝, Inoguchi Takashi, 17 January 1944 – 27 November 2024) was a Japanese academic researcher of foreign affairs and international and global relationships of states. He was the president of the University of Niigata Prefecture, and a professor emeritus at the University of Tokyo.
