Tamara Dronova (Russian: Тамара Дронова, née Balabolina; born 13 August 1993) is a Russian track and road racing cyclist, who currently rides for UCI Women's WorldTeam Roland Cycling in road racing, and UCI Track Team Marathon-Tula in track cycling. After winning several medals as a junior and under-23 at the European Track Championships she won as an elite rider the bronze medal in the team pursuit at the 2014 UEC European Track Championships. Besides track cycling she also rides on the road and competed in 2013 at the Russian National Road Race Championships and Russian National Time Trial Championships.

As of October 31 2014 she is still the current Russian national track cycling record holder in the 4000m team pursuit in a time of 4:29.842 ridden at the 2013–14 UCI Track Cycling World Cup race in Aguascalientes on December 5 2013 together with Anastasia Chulkova, Alexandra Chekina, and Galina Strelsova.
