Tar Aik Bong (Burmese: တာအိုက်ပေါင်း) is the chairman of the Palaung State Liberation Front (PSLF) and the commander in chief of the Ta'ang National Liberation Army (TNLA). He is of Ta'ang (Palaung) descent.
