Tedd L. Mitchell (born February 24, 1962) is an American academic. He is the fifth chancellor of the Texas Tech University System. He is also the chairman for the Board of Trustees of the Cooper Institute, a Dallas-based health and wellness system founded by Kenneth H. Cooper.
