Thaumacus (mythology)
In Greek mythology, Thaumacus (Ancient Greek: Θαυμάκου) was the founder of Thaumacia in Magnesia, Thessaly. He was the father of King Poeas of Meliboea (or Malis), the father of Philoctetes.
