The Gryphon (German: Der Greif) is a German TV series with Jeremias Meyer, Lea Drinda, Zoran Pingel] and Theo Trebs. Directed by Sebastian Marka (episodes 1, 2, 5 and 6) and Max Zähle (episodes 3 and 4) based on an idea by Sebastian Marka and Erol Yesilkaya, who also acted as the showrunner. The scripts are based on the fantasy novel Der Greif by Wolfgang Hohlbein and Heike Hohlbein from 1989. The series was released in May 2023 on Amazon (company)'s Prime Video published.
