Thembelihle Municipality (Afrikaans: Thembelihle Munisipaliteit), formerly known as Oranje-Karoo Municipality, is a local municipality within the Pixley ka Seme District Municipality, in the Northern Cape province of South Africa. Thembelihle is a Xhosa word meaning "good hope".
